YMCA Offering Online Personal Training

The Hardin County Family YMCA will be offering online personal training.

 

The program will be available soon for Y Members. 

 

It will take the guess work out of your workout and let a certified trainer plan and deliver your workouts right to your phone. 

There will be four different online training packages you can choose from. 

 

Each one offering a range of different services.

 

More information will be released later.
