January 7, 2021 Regular Board Meeting Highlights
School board members are vital to our public education system. January is School Board Recognition Month, so this is the best time for us to show our appreciation for their roles in providing the best education for our children/students. We are fortunate to have dedicated individuals who are willing to take the time to
advocate for our students. School board members need to be knowledgeable about many complex education, social, financial and policy issues along with what is best for our community. On behalf of the Ridgemont staff, students, and community, I want to thank our Board Members of Ridgemont Local Schools.
Please join me in thanking Corey Ledley, Charlie McCullough, Eric Hill, Matt Jennings and Paige Wallace for leading our children/students to success with a solid education foundation.
Personnel
Tutoring payment for teachers was approved and three substitute teachers were approved for the 2020-2021 school year.
Operations
The 2021-2022 Course Handbook was approved and an agreement was approved to work in coordination with the Hardin County Emergency Management Agency.
Donations
We want to thank everyone who has generously donated to our school. The Ridgemont Board of Education accepted donations and took the time to thank the donors listed below for their generosity to the district.
