An update from the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance was presented to County Commissioners at a recent meeting.
Alliance President and CEO Holli Underwood updated the commissioners on current projects and a new opportunity for potential business.
One of those businesses had to do with a possible new grocery store for Kenton.
Underwood said she is hoping the grocer will have a decision before the end of March.
The Kroger grocery store closed in Kenton in October of 2020.
