Motorists Reminded to Obey Ohio’s Move Over Law

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is reminding motorists about Ohio’s Move Over Law.

Ohio law requires all drivers to move to an adjacent lane and/or slow down when approaching a stopped police or emergency vehicle.

That also applies to road service, waste collection, highway maintenance or public utility commission vehicles when their lights are activated.
