A crash on State Route 31 in Union County injured two people Sunday morning.
According to the report from the Union County Sheriff’s Office, the driver, 24 year old DeWaughn Morgan, and a passenger told deputies that as they were traveling south on 31, another vehicle sideswiped them and caused the vehicle to travel off the right side of the road.
The car struck the ditch and a utility pole before overturning.
Both occupants were taken to Union Memorial Hospital in Marysville for treatment of suspected minor injuries.
Neither one could provide any description for the vehicle they say sideswiped them other than that it had very bright headlights.
Morgan so far has been cited for operating a vehicle without a valid license.
