It came down to the last baker game and Wynford was able to score enough points to defeat Kenton in a very tight match 2672-2676.
The Wildcats were led by Adam Hopkins’ 212 game, 391 series and Spencer Anglemyers 206 game, 384 series.
Kenton trailed by just 51 pins after the indivual games. After each baker, the Wildcats kept making ground until they took the lead after the 4th baker. It took a 258 baker game for Wynford to pull out the 4 point victory.
Wynford also defeated the Kenton jv team 1491-1969. Ben Nalls led the jvs with a 193 game.
After the weekend off, Kenton travels to Elida Monday for a 6:00pm match at Westgate Lanes.
