Three Injured in Wednesday Afternoon Crash South of Ada

Three people were injured in a crash that occurred at the intersection of State Routes 309 and 235 south of Ada Wednesday afternoon.

According to information from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, Rachel Bentivenga, of McGuffey, attempted to turn east onto 309 from 235 and her vehicle was struck by a westbound semi being operated by Natosha Gilbert, of Cridersville.

Bentivenga, a passenger in her vehicle and Gilbert were all transported to the hospital with suspected serious injuries.

Bentivenga was cited for failure to yield.
