OSU Extension Offering New Course
The Ohio State University Extension is offering a new course for anyone starting a farm-raised and home-based food business.
That includes meat, poultry, and eggs.
Food Business Central is an on-line, self-paced course that will help producers start their business organized, food safe, strategic, and compliant.
The project is the result of a grant from North Central Risk Management Education.
