Kenton Girls Tennis Tops St. Marys Memorial 4-1

Kenton picked up their first win of the season.  Lilly Carmean beat Peyton Wilson 6-1, 6-2 at first singles.  Amanda Van Horn pulled off a win over Lillian Hernanadez at second singles 6-0, 3-6, 6-3.  Presley Wilson topped Kelly Imwalle at third singles, 6-0, 6-4. 

Lydia Lambert and McKenna Stanforth dropped their match to St. Marys strong first doubles duo of Logan Henschen and Delanni Wilker 5-7, 2-6.  Marissa Fox and Mia Vermillion beat Maylee Fishbach and Makenzie Behr 6-3, 6-2 in a long second doubles match.

Kenton is on the road this Wednesday, September 11, for a 4:00 pm match at Marion River Valley High School.
