Union County Holding Prescription Drug “Take-Back” Day This Month

A prescription drug “Take-Back” event will be held at four locations in Union County on Saturday, October 26th.

The hours will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Union County Sheriff’s Office in Marysville, Richwood Police Department in Richwood, Pleasant Valley Fire Department in Plain City and the Marysville Division of Police at Walgreens in Marysville.

Residents there can take unused, expired and unwanted medications to any of sites for safe disposal.

Drug Enforcement Administration, Memorial Hospital, the Union County Drug Free Coalition and other local agencies are also sponsoring the event.
