Kenton Boys Varsity Bowling finishes 4th place at Wynford Classic

The Kenton Wildcats bowled in the Wynford Classic Saturday.  All teams bowled 16 baker games and the top 4 teams qualified for the championship round.  Kenton totaled 2840 pins which put them in 4th place.  They then bowled 3 games against the 3rd place team Wynford, with the team with the highest pin total moving on to play the 2nd place team Marion Pleasant in the next round.

Kenton’s total of 472 (136 – 142 – 194) was not enough to beat Wynford’s total of 575 (164 – 160 – 251). Kenton finished the tournament in 4th place.

The Wildcats travel to Celina Tuesday.
