Kenton High School Boys Varsity Soccer beat Ottawa-Glandorf High School 4-1

KSA finished 2nd in the WBL (2nd time ever) with a 4-1 win over OG!  With the win the Cats finished 7-1-1 in WBL play and are now 12-3-1 overall. Playing into a driving wind and rain kenton capitalized 3 minutes into the the contest when Colby Quay slotted a cross for Connor Defibaugh to put the cats up 1-0. Kenton Senior took their home court 1 last time, Brinley Hites #6, Heaven Harris#7 and Kailie Conley #15. Wishing our seniors a great remainer of senior year.  The Lady Wildcats fell to OG Titans 0-3 (25-27, 13-25, 16-25). Sadie Larrabee had 6 kills and 7 blocks. Macee Heckathorn 5 kills and 4 blocks. Kenton City Council Considers Creating Port Authority

Kenton City Council met for their 19th regular session Oct. 10th. During the proceedings, Fire Chief Donnelly shared that it is national fire prevention week and the KFD will be visiting K-4 classrooms for fire prevention presentations. Donnelly would also thank area businesses that donated towards fire safety materials.
