Hardin Northern Offers Two Scholarship Funds for Graduating Seniors; Donations Accepted

There are two separate scholarship funds though Hardin Northern.  The first is the Hardin Northern Community Scholarship and money from that fund is given to graduating seniors who are attending college the following year.  The scholarships are typically $500 each. Upper Scioto Valley School Cancels Classes Today Due to Temperature and Air Handler Issues; Elementary Concert Rescheduled for Tomorrow

Upper Scioto Valley was forced to cancel today due to the temperature and issues with one of the air handlers in the building. Superintendent Craig Hurley said they are waiting for the part, and they hope to have the problem fixed by this evening. He apologized for any inconvenience the cancellation may cause. The school's elementary concert has been moved to Thursday evening December 12 at 6:30pm.
