USV FFA to Host Third Annual Farmers & First Responders Breakfast

The Upper Scioto Valley FFA Chapter will be holding their third annual free Farmer and First Responder Appreciation Breakfast on Friday, November 22nd. The breakfast will take place in the USV Fieldhouse lobby from 7am until 9am that morning. A menu consisting of breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns, and coffee will be available. USV is located at 510 S. Courtright Street in McGuffey.

Hancock County Fair Accepting Letters of Interest for Barn Superintendent

Photo: Hancock County Fair The Hancock County Fair is currently accepting letters of interest for the position of barn superintendent through November 22nd. Barn Superintendent duties include barn set-up and tear-down for the fair, determine fair classes and descriptions, assist in finding award sponsors, conduct stall and pen assignments and more. Please submit letters to Haley Reese, Fair and Events Manager at haley.reese@hancockfairgrounds.org. Current barn superintendents need not apply.
