The Upper Scioto Valley FFA Chapter will be holding their third annual free Farmer and First Responder Appreciation Breakfast on Friday, November 22nd. Barn Superintendent duties include barn set-up and tear-down for the fair, determine fair classes and descriptions, assist in finding award sponsors, conduct stall and pen assignments and more.
