Two people were injured after a shooting in Lima over the weekend. According to a release from the Lima Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of West Vine Street in reference to several shots fired. Motorcycle Accident Claims Life of LaRue Woman in Marion County Weekend Crash

A LaRue woman died as a result of a motorcycle accident in Marion County over the weekend. According to a release from the Marion Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 38-year-old Danielle McCormack was a passenger on the motorcycle being operated by 51 year old Jason Edwards of Marion. The preliminary investigation indicated the motorcycle struck a deer and overturned while traveling north on State Route 37. The Ohio State Highway Patrol considers the period from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend to the 100 Deadliest Days of Summer. City of Upper Sandusky Enhances Navigation with Installation of Modern Way-Finding Signs
