Flag Day Honor: Village of Forest Market Square to Host Patriotic Ceremony

Photo: Village of Forest Market Square The Village of Forest Market Square will conduct a Flag Day ceremony on Friday, June 14th. It will be at 7:30 that evening. Dr. James Taylor will be the guest speaker. Matt Vanderpool will present flag folding instructions and ritual. The Forest VFW will hold a flag burning ceremony. It is hoped that this will be a yearly ceremony on Flag Day.

Waynesfield Resident Injured in Early Thursday Morning Accident on State Route 309

A Waynesfield man was injured in a one vehicle accident that occurred early Thursday morning on State Route 309 near State Route 701. According to information from the Hardin County Sheriff's Office, Jeremy Murray lost control of his vehicle, which ended up off the road and came to rest in a field. Swing for a Cause: Hardin County Sheriff’s Office to Host Annual Golf Outing for DARE Program
