Water Main Break Repaired on Thursday Night in Kenton

Photo: City of Kenton City of Kenton workers repaired a water main break Thursday night on Columbus Street, between Hester and Morningside Drive. The break was a 15 -inch crack on the bottom side of an 8- inch water main. The crew repaired the break while the system was under pressure, which allowed all restaurants, businesses, and those in the area to operate as normal. After the work was completed, no boil water order was required.
