Kenton Middle School 8th Graders Recently Visited Washington, DC

Credit: Kenton City Schools Credit: Kenton City Schools Kenton Middle School 8th Graders recently visited Washington, DC from April 29th until May 2nd.  The students were able to tour The Capitol and visited the Ford Theatre. KMS students Zane Styer, Emalyn Baucknecht, Kylee Kavanaugh, and Jazlyn Worthington even participated in laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Solider in Arlington National Cemetery.   Students were also able to visit Mount Vernon and more national treasures throughout their stay. Ohio Department of Agriculture Requesting Public Feedback on Proposed Administrative Rule Revisions

The Ohio Department of Agriculture is asking for the public's feedback regarding proposed Administrative Rule revisions that will impact Hardin County Fair exhibitors. Hardin County Ag Society members stated that they are only the messengers, and they have no control over the outcome of this process. Annual Union County Law Enforcement Memorial Set for Thursday

It will start at 7:00 Thursday evening on the north lawn of the Union County Courthouse in Marysville. In case of inclement weather, the event will take place at the Union County Veteran's Auditorium located at 233 West 6th Street. The ceremony is being held to pay tribute to peace officers who gave their lives serving Union County.

Ada Elementary Art Show Set for May 16th

Credit: Ada Bulldogs Facebook Ada School District has scheduled their Ada Elementary Art Show for May 16th from 4pm to 6pm.  Grades 1st through 6th are showcasing their artwork in the elementary school hallways.   The 2024 Art Show is being held in collaboration with visiting Author Tammi Sauer.  Most of the student's art work was inspired by one of her books.

Hardin Northern Polar Bears Celebrate Service Week

Hardin Northern Schools have been celebrating Service Week at the elementary school this week.
