Regional Football Teams Still In Playoffs

A couple of Regional High School Football teams will be continuing their hunt in the playoffs. The OHSAA released their final regional pairings. Allen East will play Maria Stein Marion Local in Wapakoneta for a Division 6 region 24 Regional Championship and a trip to the State Semifinal. Riverdale Quiz Bowl Team Finishes on A High Note

The Riverdale HS Quiz Bowl team finished their North Central Ohio Educational Service Center league last night on a high note. They had one loss to Carey with the game coming down to the last question. The team won 325-60 over Seneca East and 255-225 over Shelby. They will next compete on Nov. 30th at Arcadia.

Kenton Preschool Classes Enjoy Thanksgiving Feast

Kenton City Schools Preschool classes recently held a Thanksgiving feast to celebrate the upcoming holiday. The Preschool students learned about Thanksgiving and the Students also created Thanksgiving Disguises. Kenton City School will not be in session Monday November 21st through Friday November 25th for Thanksgiving Break. Classes will resume on Monday November 28th.
