False Active Shooter Alerts at Regional Schools Wednesday

The first occurred in Allen County at around 9:40 Wednesday morning. The Sheriff’s office received a call stating an active shooter was at Lima Temple Christian School with multiple injuries. Within 3 minutes law enforcement was on scene and began assessing the situation. COLUMBUS, Ohio (Nov. 15, 2022) – AAA predicts 54.6 million Americans (more than 2.2 million Ohioans) will travel at least 50 miles from home this Thanksgiving (Nov. 23-27). Another High Speed Chase on Tuesday Morning

On Tuesday morning at around 10:15 am, Detectives from the Wyandot County Major Crimes Unit were attempting to serve a warrant on a person wanted for a probation violation. While conducting surveillance, detectives observed a person matching the suspect’s description in a vehicle leaving the village of Carey. Riverdale Esports Successful.

It was a huge night for The Riverdale Falcon Esports team this past Monday night. Premier 1 finished 12th in the state tournament! There were 87 teams total when we started the season. H.N. 3rd Grade Completes Too Good for Drugs Program

Hardin Northern 3rd graders recently concluded their "Too Good For Drugs program".  The program teaches students goal setting, decision making, identifying and managing emotions and effective communication. It is also an evidence based prevention program designed to enhance protective factors related to alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use and it introduces and develops social and emotional skills for making healthy choices and building positive friendships.
