Woman Charged with Domestic Violence

A woman was arrested this past Saturday night following a domestic disturbance involving a boyfriend and girlfriend.   According to the Kenton Police Department report, officers were dispatched to 398 East Forest Road to investigate the domestic violence incident.   Police arrested 20 year old Katlynn Sturgell on a charge of domestic violence.   The victim suffered apparent minor injuries.

A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held Friday at the new Kenton Senior High School Athletic Complex.   The Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance conducted the ceremony, which included the recognition of numerous donors who made the prject possible. The facility is located at 200 Harding Avenue, next to the Kenton Senior High School.

Counterfeit Money Reports Climb in Findlay

There's been an increase in reports involving counterfeit currency in Findlay over the last two weeks.   According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, the denominations have been ten and twenty dollar bills.   Most of the bills have been passed at restaurants and convenience stores.   Employees handling cash should scrutinize cash and immediately notify the department if they believe a counterfeit bill has been passed.   […]
