The Hardin County Homeless Shelter is looking for several used bicycles.   Donated bikes will be loaned out to the shelter's clients so that they can get to and from work, interviews or meetings.   You can give your bike, and an individual, a new life. If you have a bicycle you would like to donate, they can pick them up at your location.

The Hardin Northern Board of Education has scheduled a Special Meeting for Thursday. The meeting will start at 6:30 tomorrow evening at the school. The purpose of the meeting is to appoint a new board member, to hire personnel, namely an elementary secretary and agricultural education teacher.

The town clean up day in the Village of Forest has been postponed. It was scheduled for this Saturday June 17. It will be rescheduled for a later date. The new date has not yet been determined.
