Flags Ordered Lowered to Half-Staff

Flags on all public buildings and grounds around the State of Ohio have been ordered to be flown at half-staff. Gov. Mike DeWine made the flag lowering notification in accordance with an order from President Biden. The flags are being lowered in remembrance of the shooting victims in Monterey Park, California over the weekend. The order is in effect until sunset on Thursday January 26, 2023.

Troopers Seize $27,450 Worth of Fentanyl in Hancock County

COLUMBUS – Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers filed felony drug charges against a Michigan man and woman after a traffic stop in Hancock County. During the traffic stop, troopers seized 183 grams of fentanyl worth approximately $27,450. The Hardin County Agricultural Society will hold the 2023 Consignment Sale Auction on Saturday, March 11th.
