Important Dates for Ada School District

Ada School officials released important dates for residents of the district to remember. Tomorrow, the Career Scope Field Trip to Apollo will be taken, sport pictures will be taken in the High School Gym and Book Fair starts and runs through the 22. Parent Teacher Conferences will take place from 3:30 until 8pm November 21. There is no school for Thanksgiving Break November 23 through the 25.

OSP Promotes Educational Program

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is promoting its Drive to Live educational program. It is intended to positively impact youth and engage in conversations about good decision making. The program is geared toward meeting teens where they are and listening with a shared interest in their future. Ada Man Injured in Findlay Crash

An Ada man was injured in a crash to start the weekend in Findlay. According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, 36 year old Shawn Christopher was driving east in the 1100 block of Tiffin Avenue when 20 year old Isabelle Lutz, of Findlay, failed to yield while attempting a left hand turn. SR 309 East Restricted to One Lane this Week

There is one road construction project that will affect traffic in Hardin County this week.  According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, State Route 309 between the city of Kenton and the Marion County line will be restricted to one lane for crack sealing operations. The work is being done this week weather permitting.

Donations are being accepted for the Hardin County Sheriff's Office 2022 "Shop with a Cop" program.   The annual event will be held on December 3.
