Recycling in Ada Scheduled Jan 25

Blanchard Township/Dunkirk Recycling will be held on Thursday, January 25th in the parking lot of the former Price Funeral Home in Dunkirk. The recycling truck will be there between the hours of  8:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Recyclables need to be rinsed clean to control odor.  This project is sponsored by the North Central Ohio Solid Waste District in cooperation with the Blanchard Township Trustees and the Village of Dunkirk.

Ada Area Chamber of Commerce Taking Nominations for Ada Distinguished Awards Night

The Ada Area Chamber of Commerce announced this new event in partnership with the Town & Gown Committee earlier this month. Nominations are still being accepted for the 1st Annual Ada Distinguished Awards Night will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at Liberty Oaks. The event will honor Ada’s distinguished citizen, business, and volunteer of 2023. Nomination forms must be submitted no later than Monday, January 29.
