Richard Trout, 84, of Mt. Victory Ohio passed on February 24, 2019 at 5:20 PM. Richard leaves behind one son, Brian Sprouse, and four grandchildren, Keith Wurtsbaugh, Dominic Trout (Sierra Trout), Zach Jenkins, and Faith Jenkins.
