Drug Take Back Day will be held in Marion County October 28. The hours are from 10am until 2pm at the OhioHealth Marion Medical Campus Blue Entrance. Governor DeWine Orders Flags Lowered in Response to the Attack on Israel

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has ordered the flags of the United States and the State of Ohio to be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout the State of Ohio. The order was issued in response to the unprovoked attack and invasion of Israel, The order will be in effect from sunrise October 10, 2023 until sunset on October 12, 2023.

KMS Conducting Evacuation Drill Wednesday

An emergency evacuation drill will take place at Kenton Middle School this Wednesday. Extra Law Enforcement will be present as part of the drill on October 11.  Kenton Elementary School and Kenton High School will not be impacted and will continue normal operations.

Board of Elections Processing Absentee Ballots Beginning Oct 16

The Hardin County Board of Elections will begin processing absentee ballots next Monday, October 16th. Hardin and Regional Counties Benefiting from State CDBG Allocation Program

51 communities around the State of Ohio will receive more than $10.6 million in funding as part of the Community Development Block Grant Allocation Program.  Hardin County will receive $152,000.
