Ray Cline A man who escaped from the Worth Center in Lima this past Monday was captured in Ada the next day. According to a release that was issued Thursday by Ada Police Chief Alec Copper, officers received a tip that Ray Cline Junior spotted walking near Main Street in Ada this past Tuesday. ODOT: SR 31 from South Edge of Kenton to Union County Line to be Resurfaced

Motorists can expect lane restrictions on State Route 31 at the south side of Kenton to the Union County line, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation release. 31 through the village of Mt. Victory is excluded. ODOT anticipates that the project will start September 18. The work is being done weather permitting.

Harvest and Herb Festival on Tap for Saturday

The 37th Annual Harvest and Herb Festival takes place tomorrow (Sept 16) on Main Street in Ada. The festival opens at 9 Saturday morning. A parade starts at 10. The Royalty Crowning Ceremony is at noon. The 2023 Ada Area Chamber of Commerce Harvest and Herb Festival Royalty Court features eight seniors at Ada High School.
