A chimney fire occurred at a residence in Wyandot County Sunday evening. Firefighters from the Sycamore Fire Department were dispatched to the 1300 block of County Highway 30 where the fire was located in a barn on the property. A weekend crash damaged two vehicles in Wyandot County over the weekend. A theft was reported at Walmart over the weekend. According to the Kenton Police Department report, officers were requested at the store where they were informed that a woman allegedly stole several clothing and miscellaneous items. The suspect, listed on the report as a Bellefontaine woman, is facing a charge of theft.

According to the Kenton Police Department report, an employee of Fed Ex located a package that came in under suspicious circumstances and alerted authorities.
