Two People Killed in Hancock County Crash

Two people were killed in a crash that occurred Sunday evening on I-75 in Hancock County.   WFIN Radio reported that 25 year old Benjamin Wallen, of Findlay, lost control of his vehicle, which ended up across the median where it struck a semi tractor trailer unit being operated by 64 old Martin Sparks.   Wallen and a passenger, 30 year old Amelia Adams, also of Findlay, were both ejected from the vehicle and were pronounced dead at the scene. Slippery Roads Lead to Mishaps in Wyandot County

Several mishaps that were blamed on the weather were reported Sunday evening in Wyandot County.   According to the reports, 19 year old Destiny Oler, of Sycamore, lost control of her vehicle on County Highway 9. Kenton Man Facing Theft Charge

A Kenton man is facing theft charges following an incident reported to police on Sunday.   According to the report, officers were requested to the 300 block of High Street in reference to a theft.   The 72 year old victim told police that her 46 year old son made unauthorized charges totaling $875 on her credit card.   So far, no charges have been filed, and the incident remains under investigation.
