Ohio Northern University to Host Second Annual Drone Day Tomorrow

Ohio Northern University will host its second annual “Drone Day” tomorrow. Industry and government experts will share their insights Thursday morning, and field demonstrations of high-powered drones will take place after lunch from 1:15 until 2:45pm. Findlay Police Department Swears in Two New Officers

The Findlay Police Department announced the hiring of two new police officers. Maddison Manson and Ethan Gruhler were officially sworn in Monday morning by Mayor Christina Muryn. Officer Manson, 21, is a graduate of the University of Toledo, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Officer Gruhler, 21, also graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Both officers will be assigned to the department’s Patrol Division.
