The Kenton Rotary Club heard from Martha Klingler, who shared her life experiences with members during a recent meeting. Klingler's mother, a registered nurse, and her father, a Lutheran pastor, met in a Springfield, Missouri, emergency room. MLJ Outreach Program Bringing Kinusaiga Events to Senior Communities Across Hardin County

Mary Lou Johnson-Hardin County District Library Outreach will continue to bring Kinusaiga to areas around Hardin County. They will be at Kenton Meadows on July 14 at 1:30 pm, Blanchard Place on July 21, Kenton Station Senior Villas on July 22, Hardin Crest on July 27, and Seton Kenton on July 28. All events, except the Kenton Meadows event, will begin at 2 p.m. on those days. Kinusaiga is the Japanese art of quilting without thread.

More than 500 swimmers and their families will descend on Kenton tomorrow and Saturday for the 44th Western Ohio Aquatics League Championship.
