Mosquito spraying got started last week in the Village of McGuffey. That start last Wednesday will continue every Wednesday at around 10pm. Village officials indicated that the spraying operation will last 10 to 12 weeks.

COLUMBUS — Pamela MacMichael, 54, of Caledonia, Ohio was ordered to pay restitution of $4,452.11 to the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) and serve 36 months of community control, nonreporting. Ora "Bud" Winzenried A longtime business leader of Hardin County has passed away. Ora "Bud" Winzenried died this past Wednesday. He was the CEO of Kenton Structural and Ornamental Iron Works. A Kenton man was arrested after an accident in Kenton Thursday evening. According to the Kenton Police Department Daily Log Sheet, the crash occurred in the 900 block of Fontaine Street. Rocky Burton was arrested on a warrant from Allen County. Burton was also cited for driving under suspension and for an assured clear distance ahead violation. There were no injuries as a result of the crash.
