Ada Elementary Students Conduct Successful SOUPer Bowl

Students at Ada Elementary have participated in the Souper Bowl for the past two weeks.  In a partnership with the United Way of Hardin County,  Ada students brought in canned goods for four of the county’s outreach programs, Beatitudes of Ada, Helping Hands, The Neighborhood Opportunity Center and the New Hope Ministries Homeless Shelter in Kenton.  The Souper Bowl was a success with the students bringing in 1,854 items.   The […]

First Day of Training for OSHP Basic 150

Mt. Victory Residents Asked to Limit Water Use

Residents in the Village of Mt. Victory are being asked to limit the amount of water they use due to a pump problem at the water plant. Mayor Jerry Brose said that since they can't pump more water and, "once the tank is empty they will be out of water." All residents of Mt. Victory are being asked to limit the amount of water they use until further notice.

Kenton Elementary School Students are inviting members of the community to their annual Leadership Day held March 20 this year. Leadership Day is an opportunity to watch town hall meetings, learn about leadership clubs, and talk with a student pane.
