The Kenton High School Girls Tennis team lost to Upper Sandusky in their opening match Wednesday night. CANTON — The coaches liked Ohio Northern slightly better than the media at the recent Ohio Athletic Conference Media Day at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton. The Polar Bears were picked to finish fourth by the conference's coaches, while the media picked ONU fifth. Hardin County resident Renee Zachariah will be bowling in the Ladies Senior Championship this week in Cincinnati. She bowls Wednesday afternoon at 2 and again Thursday at 4. If she makes the cut she will then bowl Friday morning for the championship. The Hardin County Bowling Association wished her the best of luck.
