
An Ada man was arraigned on multiple charges connected to an incident in Ada on September 8 of this year.
Eric L. Spence was indicted on one count each of burglary, grand theft of a firearm, grand theft of a motor vehicle and 10 counts of receiving stolen property.
He pleaded not guilty to all charges in Hardin County Common Pleas Court Thursday.
Spence was arrested by Ada police officers as they were investigating a report about a suspicious male attempting to enter residences and vehicles in the village.
During the apprehension, several items were confiscated.
Further proceedings, including a trial date have not yet been scheduled.
