The Ada Public Library has teamed up with Neighborhood Forest to give children a free tree to plant at home during Earth Week.
Sign-ups are open through March 15th, with trees arriving the week of Earth Day, which is April 22.
There are three ways to participate:
• Register a child to receive a free tree (pick-up required, the library will contact you when your tree is ready for pick-up).
• Purchase a tree to plant this spring if you don’t have a child. (Buy one, Fund one for another child in the program).
• Help fund trees in our community. A $5 donation helps place a tree in the hands of a child.
You can sign-up for the program by clicking here.
