The Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office received a big donation from American Legion Post 330.

Post 330 recently presented the office with a donation of $30,000, specifically designated to equip every cruiser in the sheriff’s office fleet with a ballistic shield.

These shields provide a critical layer of protection for sheriff’s deputies, allowing them to respond to high-risk situations with the best possible equipment to ensure they return home safely to their families.

Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office officials stated that support like this from local organizations adds greatly to their ability to serve and protect Auglaize County.
