A Findlay man was arraigned on several charges in Hardin County Common Pleas Court this week.
Jeffrey Dahms was indicted last month on charges of breaking and entering, two counts of vandalism and one count each of tampering with evidence and possessing criminal tools.
Dahms was arrested at a home on State Route 12 just west of Findlay after an investigation was conducted by the Findlay Police Department.
He is suspected of being involved in multiple commercial break-ins, including Cooper’s Eateria in Ada in late October of 2024.
In Court this week, Dahms was found indigent and was appointed Attorney Michael Kelley, who was present in the courtroom and entered not guilty pleas on behalf of his client.
Judge Steve Christopher set bond at $15,000 cash or surety with multiple conditions.
The trial date has been set for May 22.
