Five Logan County Graduates Receive Career Launch Grants to Support Workforce Transition

Career Launch Grants were awarded to five outstanding graduates from Logan County schools.

The grants were in the amount of $1000 each, and they are to help the students transition smoothly into their new careers.

These grants are designed to ease the financial burden of starting a new job, whether it means purchasing necessary tools, uniforms, transportation, housing, or other essentials. 

The students awarded a grant were Preston Leatherman, Ohio Hi-Point/Riverside, Alyssa Mueller, Ohio Hi-Point/West Liberty Salem, Dean Reames, Ohio Hi-Point/Benjamin Logan, Ian Schmidt, Ohio Hi-Point/Calvary Christian and Damien Smith, Riverside.
