Hardin County Board of DD celebrates successful All Abilities Show
Hardin County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Simon Kenton School thanked everyone who attended and supported inclusion at the All Abilities Show that was held in the Small Animal Show Arena on September 13.
The event brings together children and adults with developmental disabilities to experience the joy of the show ring.
Participants are paired up with Junior Fair Board mentors who volunteer their time during fair week to help them practice animal handling and showmanship skills.
During the official show, participants proudly display their hard work by presenting animals like goats, rabbits, and poultry before a live judge and a cheering crowd.
