Three Central Dispatch members of the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office are being recognized for how they handled an extremely busy day on March 14.
Dispatchers Wood, Culver and Communications Coordinator Emily Roy had no idea what their shift was going to be like when they sat down at their consoles on Friday.
Multiple field fires strained the resources of first responders around Hardin County that day.
The ladies are credited for keeping their cool, working quickly and tirelessly and keeping accountability of resources during those stressful situations.
They did all of that while regular incidents and phone calls were still happening.
Sheriff Keith Everhart thanked them for the job they did that and every day.
He also thanked the numerous agencies that sent squads to Hardin County.
The complete write-up can be found on the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.
