Tuesday was the annual ‘Living History’ Day for Hardin Northern Elementary.
The History Brigade hosted living historians from across the state as they made history come alive through the various demonstrations and presentations.
Presenters covered such topics as Civil War artillery, military signal guns, life as a fur trader on the Ohio frontier, the War of 1812 and its local connections, and interesting artifacts at the Hardin County Historical Museum.
There was a great turnout of high school students who put together their own Living History impressions for the day.
