After a continuance was granted last month, a new trial date has been set for a Roundhead man who is facing multiple drug related charges.

36-year-old Damon Kaiser, who was wanted on numerous felony warrants, was arrested in April of 2025 following a pursuit that started in Hardin County and ended on Reservoir Road just outside Lima.

A search of his residence was then conducted, and suspected narcotics were allegedly found.

In October of 2025, a Grand Jury returned an 18-count indictment against Kaiser, who is currently being held in the Multi-County Jail in Marion.

The charges include five counts of aggravated possession of drugs, four counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, four counts of possession of fentanyl-related compound, two counts of possession of drugs, two counts of selling, purchasing, distributing, or delivering dangerous drugs and one count of possession of cocaine.

At a pre-trial hearing on Monday, a two-day jury trial was scheduled to begin July 22 in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
