Kenton City Council met this past Monday evening.

Members heard from Colleen O’Connell, a candidate for Hardin County Municipal Court Judge.

The community organization Revitalize Kenton shared their initiatives and received council support.

Key infrastructure projects were a major focus, including addressing a failing sewer line on Morningside Drive and approving contracts for upgrades to signal and lighting on Main and North Detroit Streets.

The council passed resolutions for funding these projects through loans and grants, highlighting the complexity of these efforts but expressing optimism about the city’s future.
