Kenton Elementary Leadership Day Welcomes KPD and Community Visitors

Preschool-5th grade students showcased the Leader in Me Program during Leadership Day at Kenton Elementary School on Tuesday.

Visitors went on building tours, watched town halls, learned about leadership clubs, and talked with a student panel.

Participation as a visitor to Leadership Day not only gives visitors an inside look at the leadership program at KES, but it also gives the students an opportunity to share their genius and practice their leadership skills.

Among the visitors were officers from the Kenton Police Department, who stated that they enjoyed visiting classrooms, meeting students, and being part of such a positive event.
