Kenton High School Hosts Mock Crash to Promote Safe Driving

Kenton High School held its biannual mock crash demonstration this past Thursday, May 1st.

It was held prior to the school’s prom that was held over the weekend.

Students were reminded about the importance of making good decisions during prom festivities, as well as the risk of driving while tired.

The remarks were provided by Kenton Police Chief Dennis Musser and KHS Principal Jason Jones.

The school thanked the agencies that participated in the exercise to make it a success, which included the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, Kenton Police Department, Kenton Fire Department, Osborn’s Towing, Price McElroy Funeral Home, Med Flight, and BKP EMS.
