Kenton Lions Club Sets Up Eyeglass Donation Boxes Around the County
Kenton Lions Club eyeglass donation boxes have been set up around Hardin County.
You can find them at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Kenton-Hardin Health Department, Home Savings and Loan, Council on Aging, Wal-Mart, Hardin County Courthouse, Mary Lou Johnson Library, Quest Federal Credit Union (Main Branch), YMCA, Hardin Northern Library in Dunkirk and Mt Victory Bank in Mt Victory.
The recycled eyeglasses are sent to Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity in Pandora, Ohio, which cleans and sorts them and distributes them through volunteer missions to people in need worldwide.
