
Labor Day means that a lot of labor is going on at the Hardin County Fairgrounds.
Final preparations for the 2025 Hardin County Fair are taking place.
All Open Class and Junior Fair entries need to be in place by 9:00pm tonight.
Check your individual departments for entry times.
Gates open for the first day of the fair tomorrow morning at 7:30am.
The official opening ceremony will take place at noon.
Dennis Hinton is the honoree for the 2025 Hardin County Fair.
Hinton’s connection to the fair dates back to his youth when he became involved as a member of Pfeiffer Station 4-H Boys Club.
His contributions to the fairgrounds evolved significantly over the years, in particular in the realm of electrical work.
Since the 80’s, Hinton has been a consistent presence, ensuring the fair operates smoothly and safely.
The fair runs tomorrow through this Sunday, September 7 at the fairgrounds in Kenton.
