The Logan County community is mourning the loss of Shawn Humphrey, a 6th grader at Indian Lake Middle School. Shawn was active in flag football, baseball, and basketball, and shared his musical talents in the ILMS choir and Union City band.

The Logan County Angels, a program through the United Way of Logan County, provides financial support to families who have lost a pre-K through 12th-grade student, helping ease the burden of funeral expenses.
